Happy Birthday, Dresden!

I realize this is a few days late but I thought you would still enjoy some pictures of our celebrations of Dresden's second birthday on May 3. 

We had pizza (peet-zah as she calls it) for lunch and I made chocolate cupcakes.  We had these right after lunch, around 1:30, before Michael had to get ready for work.  After he left around 3:30, the kids and I headed over to my grandparent's house to share some cupcakes with them.  My aunt and uncle ended up meeting us at Culver's, a hamburger place,  for dinner together and then we all returned to Grandpa and Grandma's for presents and cupcakes.  Dresden didn't really understand what was going on exactly but she loved all the attention and smiled great big when she heard us all sing her name in "Happy Birthday".  She got several nice gifts from several family members, including clothes, toys, books and the new Charlotte's Web movie, which she calls "pig".
