Frugal Fun

I know I have been very delinquent in keeping this blog even half way updated lately and all I can say is that I will try to do better! No promises, though, as life seems to be very busy right now but here is one picture taken just a little while ago when the kids and I went down to the Lenexa, Kansas Chili Tasting in Old Town Lenexa. Michael is working all day today so we made a quick stop at the library and then found a parking spot and walked about 3-4 blocks and started tasting chili! We probably tried 12-15 different kinds of chili and a few salsas. The kids got some candy and a few small toys at some of the booths. They also got to play on some blow- up jumping things and it all only cost $1 admission. Adults were $1 and kids 12 and under were free! Can't beat cheap fun!
